Wendy Huang is a proven choice for East Bay conservatives, having emerged as the top Republican vote-getter in both back-to-back primary elections (the June 2, 2026 regular primary and the June 16, 2026 special primary) for California’s 14th Congressional District.

Under Section 1.04(B), Category 3 of our California Republican Party Standing Rules and Bylaws, her certified vote totals in each contest officially establish her as the district’s Deemed Republican Nominee.

First chosen by grassroots voters in 2024 as a Duly Elected Alameda County GOP Committeewoman, Wendy is now a Regular Delegate to the California Republican Party State Central Committee by virtue of her nominee status under Section 2.01.01(A)(2) of the state party bylaws.
